Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE): Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Program – The AANAPISI Program provides grants to eligible institutions of higher education (IHEs) that have an undergraduate enrollment of at least 10 percent Asian American or Native American Pacific Islander students to allow such institutions to plan, develop, undertake, and carry out activities to improve and expand their capacity to serve Asian Americans and Native American Pacific Islanders and low-income individuals. Examples of authorized activities for the AANAPISI Program are in section 311(c) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.382B.
