The 2014 National Survey of Tribal Court Systems

The 2014 National Survey of Tribal Court Systems is currently collecting information that is vitally important for communicating information about your tribal court’s operational and administrative needs. The information you provide can help your community and tribal justice systems throughout the United States. Help federal policymakers to better understand your and other tribal justice systems. Funding levels for tribal courts nationally will be determined by the information collected.

The deadline for submitting your completed Survey is Monday, May 18, 2015.

The Survey has already been mailed to approximately 500 American Indian and Alaska Native tribal leaders and tribal courts. If you did not receive a survey, you may download it here: Your responses will not identify your tribal court or tribe.

It can be submitted in one of three ways:

  1. Mail: NSTCS, c/o Kauffman & Associates, Inc., P.O. Box 15179, Washington, DC 20003-9998
  2. Fax: (301) 588-6801
