NIJ FY 2014 Research and Evaluation on Trafficking in Persons

NIJ FY 2014 Research and Evaluation on Trafficking in Persons – With this solicitation, NIJ continues to expand its research and evaluation efforts on the topic of trafficking in persons. The goal of this solicitation is to provide the information and research on evidence-based practices for State, local, and tribal criminal justice agencies. Applicants should propose to develop and analyze information and data that have clear implications for criminal justice in the United States in one of the following areas: (1) cost-effective estimates of the prevalence of human trafficking in the U.S.; (2) human trafficking in Indian Country and Alaska; and (3) evaluations of programs designed to prevent human trafficking or to enhance other criminal justice efforts to reduce such trafficking.
